4. The original broadcast

Started late due to the Masters Golf tournament earlier in the day.

The golf overtime had a knock on effect of everything broadcast after that. But at precisely ?11PM? When Billy was in the middle of PianoMan, they cut to the local news in all markets where it was time for the late news. They cut the concert feed instead of just preempting the news. I don’t think the West coast was effected because their news wouldn’t be scheduled yet.

scheduled a show they had been promoting for months on a night when you absolutely knew everything would run late.
The last day of the Masters has NEVER ended at 7.
Someone should be fired.

2. Actually it is being rebroadcast because for those on the east and central time zones, the broadcast ended

before the last song was over due to starting late due to the masters.

We started watching it on Sunday and recorded the rest of it to watch later. It was a really good show and I'm not that huge of a Billy Joel fan.
