Almost certainly this rancid Supreme Court will remand this J6 case back to the district court

in order for that court to rule EXPLICITLY that the charges against trump constitute "private acts"... i.e. those exact words must appear in the charges, and probably each single one of the charges must state explicitly that this particular offense was a "private act".

And then, when found guilty on each of the "private acts" trump will most certainly appeal, arguing that they did not constitute "private acts" according to the decision of this Supreme Court. The appellate court will, of course, affirm the district court, at which point trump will take this case back to this Supreme Court, who will of course corruptly accept the case, for more rulings on which of the convicted offense were actually "private acts".

That is only, of course, if each of those steps along the way precedes a re-elected trump, because his first "official act" will be to direct the DOJ to drop all charges against him.

Now, I'm sure I haven't said anything there that hasn't been said by many others in so many words... I just wanted it to be spelled out clearly for anybody who might be confused. Or for anybody who believes this Supreme Court will decide that a president has blanket immunity. They won't do that.

The entire arrangement is absurd, rancid, and corrupt. It's Kafka-esque.
