I like the way that Judge Merchan
is handling Trump's incessant bitching about his rulings. Complain that he said you can't go to the graduation, even though that's not what he said? Rule that he can go. Shut him up. Complain that you can't testify? Remind him in open court that he can testify. Shut him up.
Now, he wants the Judge to rule on his tweets. So laughable. The Judge admonishes his lawyers. Shut them up.
All that Trump can speechify over and over again is: The Judge is conflicted, crooked, it's all Biden's fault, I have done nothing wrong, it's business as usual...etc. Like a broken record.
So far, the Judge is pretty good.

Merchan's very skilled at making sure jerks like TSF can't get to them. I think he's one of those unflappable people who keep their cool no matter what. In other words, Trump's worst nightmare. 
Trump relies on his ability to manipulate people using an array of tactics that range from charming their socks off, to intimidation, to poking them till they lose their temper. When he goes up against someone like Merchan who is impervious to all of his tactics, he's completely helpless!
