Limits to participation...

...when an individual or a political Party expresses a willingness or desire not to abide to the Constitution or our democratic procedures they should be excluded from participating in elections...

...if you can't agree to abide to fair election results you should not be allowed to run for office or vote in elections...

...our democracy should not be a suicide pact...

...just my opinion...

when you allow candidates to run for office who will not abide by the most basic and salient rule of participation, that the winner is determined by the most votes.
