Pic Of The Moment: Imagine Having This Little Integrity

Jan. 14, 2016: "Mr. Trump has definitely contributed to what I think is just irresponsible talk."

Feb 16, 2016: Trump is "everything a governor doesn’t want in a president."

Feb 29, 2016: "I will not stop until we fight a man that chooses not to disavow the K.K.K. That is not a part of our party. That is not who we are."

Nov 23, 2016: Haley accepts Trump's job offer of ambassador to the United Nations.

Jan 27, 2021: "His actions since Election Day will be judged harshly by history.”

February 12, 2021: “I think he’s lost any sort of political viability he was going to have. He’s not going to run for federal office again. I don’t think he’s going to be in the picture. I don’t think he can. He’s fallen so far. We need to acknowledge he let us down. He went down a path he shouldn’t have, and we shouldn’t have followed him, and we shouldn’t have listened to him. And we can’t let that ever happen again.”

April 12, 2021: “I would not run if President Trump ran.”

February 14, 2023: Haley announces run for president.

November 27, 2023: “Chaos follows him. We have too much division in this country ... to be sitting in chaos once again.”

January 1, 2024: “I mean he’s totally unhinged.”

January 30, 2024: “He's spending all his time and money on court cases and chaos.”

January 31, 2024: “He's just toxic.”

February 1, 2024: “It is unconscionable to me that a candidate would spend $50 million in legal fees.”

February 20, 2024: A “bully” who’s “getting meaner and more offensive by the day ... more unstable and unhinged.”

February 27, 2024: “At no point did he ever talk about the American people ... All he did was talk about himself.”

February 27, 2024: “This is like suicide for our country.”

May 22, 2024: “I will be voting for Trump.”

has something on her.

I definitely get the feeling that someone out there has material on so many of these GOP jokers.

Why else go public with this kind of thing? She could have stayed quiet. She's not going to be VP. She gains nothing from going public with this, and (I think) loses credibility/integrity, which implies that there was some other reason for her to go public with this kind of info.

She chose not to say "my vote is private" or to just stay quiet. She chose to announce that she'll vote for trump. Who benefits? Not her. So what lever was used to motivate her to do this to her own detriment? It must be something worse than the damage she inflicts on herself by announcing this.

Which is too bad. She's GOP trash, but I thought MAYBE she was clean GOP trash.

Hypocrisy and Betrayal... Perhaps she believes that she can continue to be a player if she tugs her forelock. Does she really believe in the hate that this man has smeared her and her husband with? Apparently she does.
Disgusting.

She must be worried that Biden will benefit from her anti-Trump campaign; that all those people who voted for her when she was still active in the primaries, and then continued to vote for her after she dropped out, would either vote for Biden in November, or simply not vote for Trump.
That would, of course, make her about as welcome in the Republican Party as Liz Cheney; a definite career ender.

It's funny how Republicans put personal gain above country again and again.
But don't you concern yourself Nikki, Trump will forgive and forget.

With about 10 people, maybe more, and they all said they would now vote for Biden. If that’s any indicator, then her position on trump backfired.

Why is it with these people that everything backfires? Blowback.

Every single time. The Alito thing is another beautifully timed backfire.

They are so pleased to shove their policies down everyone’s throat, but once they do that, they have no plan. They just can’t see over that hill.

so I assume she's just getting her ducks in a row for 2028. And she is a republican - she's anti-choice, she wants to raise the age to collect social security, etc. So, very typical. There was no way she was ever going to vote for Biden - so she just stated the obvious.

Anyone who's ever worked in corporate America knows unquestioning loyalty to the organization, parroting the company line no matter how immoral or absurd, and always, always following orders are what it takes to get ahead. Haley - like Rubio, Cruz, Graham, DeSantis and all the rest - knows if she doesn't kiss Trump's ring at this moment, she'll have no future in the Republican party. The big money corporate interests who run the party will make sure of that.
