OK, I must have missed the memo.

Why the hell is Steve Bannon still walking around free? The last I heard, he had 48 hours to come up with an appeal or something, and that was about a week ago. It was the last week of school, so it's entirely possible it got passed me. What'd I miss?

The prosecution had no objection


So the judge had not yet ruled on the motion to impose sentence… and Bannon’s attorney is reported to be asking the full court to review the panel ruling (after which he will probably go to SCOTUS).

The obvious strategy is to delay in hopes of a Trump pardon.

Judicial delay has always been their friend. It really works my last nerve that they're using democratic processes to destroy Democracy.
