Without blinking an eye Colbert responded with the great, ironic line, "South Carolina is FOR freedom! That's why we fought the Civil War! Don't you know history?"

a morning joe show I actually watched a part of and it was falling down funny. Course it was Colbert that made it that way. These goofy bastids don't even know they've been had as only Colbert can.
