My guess: Prayer in school will return next year

Even if Biden wins, this court seems clearly poised to undo most of the Warren Court. Obviously the 10 Commandments Louisiana rule and the Oklahoma admonition that the Bible must be taught in schools will be challenged, but it now seems likely they would be upheld 6-3.

Other cases I expect conservative states to push to revisit include Miranda (being read your rights on arrest) and Gideon (entitled to a defense attorney).

Perhaps doing Hari Krishna chants during prayer time, or going into ecstatic bouts of speaking in teen tongues.

Perhaps not next year but before the end of this decade.

This Supreme Court – dominated by partisan conservative ideologues – will eliminate most, if not all, of Establishment Clause jurisprudence.

ban on no fault divorce... The EPA will not be able to regulate any pollution. OHSA will not be able to enforce any job safety measures ( if they get in the way of profits ), food safety - gone, airline safety - gone, NTSB - gone, government sponsored research - gone ( except for military ), ATF - probably gone.

this from the chevron decision coupled with immunity decision and the Dobbs decision taken to the next step.

I never see as many porn stores or strip joints as when I'm in deep Red America.

I fully agree the EPA and OSHA are neutered. Shelby Foote said that prior to the Civil War, it was "the United States are..." and after it became "the United States is...." We are now back to "the United States are..."

Same-sex marriage recognition will likely go the same way. In fact, all couples going state to state to change residence may have to reestablish marriage in the same way they reregister cars

I can see Trump refusing to aid "Blue" States, cities, counties that are known to despise him. Majority of current SCOTUS wouldn't GAF and could enjoy appreciation gifts by ruling in Trump's favor. Education left to States will hasten the destruction.

Honestly anyone with investments or businesses in this country should be actively working to ensure Biden gets re-elected.

It has a tendency to suspend the ability to think and rationalize. It may not destroy brain cells like drugs do, but it puts them on hiatus.

People I knew who grew up in Maryland said it every day - like the Pledge. But my mom grew up in SoCal and Washington State and they didn't say it there.
