Welp, the Democratic Party is on the verge of handing the presidency to a raving lunatic

The time for discussion about who the nominee of the Democratic Party was to be in 2024 was before the primaries.

Now, the circular firing squad is showing, intentionally or not that our party is a disorganized mess. This helps the orange lunatic, period.

The polls are crazy. Yet, here we are. People scared to death of losing appear to willing to put forth an image the perception of which is that our party doesn’t know what the fuck it is doing.

who is president. If there is something medically wrong with Biden tell us or shut your fucking mouth.
We have Adam Schiff calling for him to quit and Nancy Pelosi not making a commitment, they are
keeping something from us.

If such is the case then we need to resolve this now. If not, then the naysayers need to definitely drink a big class of STFU.

The Velveeta Vulgarian (thanks to Shower Cap) doesn’t care what the never Trumper Republicans are saying. He and the MAGAts are moving forward. We need to get our shit together.

Trump really hates Schiff & Nancy for what they did during his term. I wouldn't be surprised if they're thinking Donnie is going to toss them both into a Gulag or do something worse to them. They also may not be confident Biden can serve another four years. Many voters want their president to stay in for the full term and not leave after a year or too.

The problem is that we run a risk no matter what. In addition, no matter who the replace Biden with that person likely will not win. Not because they wouldn’t be a far better choice than any Republican but because the perception will be put out that we are a mess and we would lack an organization for said person.

When and how they ended up with the nomination won't factor into the decision.

The only people who would be angered if Biden steps down know the dangers of Trump winning and will come around over the next few months.

The undecided voters won't care.

but the base of the party made themselves pretty clear during the primaries.

Where they had the opportunity to vote for "uncommitted", hardly anyone did....
and even fewer voted for the alternatives who ran.

Let me get this straight. You think that the people who say Biden is too old are going to vote for trump? Just like that? Or they are going to hide under the bed on voting day? I wonder why you think that Democrats are handing the presidency to trump? The only way to do that is to vote for him or not vote at all. I don't see Democrats doing that. And paying attention to the polls is asking to be duped in much the same way trump's cult have been duped. Don't believe everything you are told just because someone said it. That's how they got where they are. Every Democrat is going to get to the voting booths and vote Democrat all the way down the ticket, just like they planned to do before the debate. Nothing whatsoever has changed except for Democrats getting suckered by the fear mongers.

He does step down? A massive food fight over who gets a spot. Fueling further in fighting. How many politicians will be taking out their flame throwers on each other trying to get a seat? All that’s going to do is make it worse. It won’t be some kind of kumbaya moment where a single person comes out and becomes the dnc savior. It will be nasty with every troll tossing gasoline on the fire.

because the Democratic Party is shooting itself in the foot. Come on people!! Biden is our best bet to beat the orange one. All we need to do is shut up the whiners and bedwetters and get to WORK!! Stop all this talk about changing in midstream.. it wont work!! As of this writing, I bet the magas are getting all the names of the bedwetters and making a huge commercial. We DO look so disorganized. That's not good!! Stop all this talk about getting someone else to run..its not going to happen. For those who want Kamala Harris for president, she will be but not now. Time to put on BIG BOY PANTS!~~! and throw away those PEARLS!!!
