Here's a link for the story. The Guardian noted that he didn't endorse Kamala.

I TRUST JOE BIDEN and if he is doing this it is so that we can WIN. So we must RESPECT HIS DECISION and move forwards and BEAT THAT EFFING ORANGE POS.

I didn't want to see Biden step down, but it became inevitable with key party members turning on him.

Now, we get to shake things up, cause some hullabaloo, create publicity, and excitement.

Joe Biden was the best president of my 60-yr life.

We now get to flip the whole 'too old to run' narrative against Trump and highlight everytime he makes a blunder!

I want to know what the last appearance of President Joe was.

It has been five and a half hours since his "announcement" that has no proof. [2pm till 7:30pm EDT, July 21, 2024]

For history's sake, what was the last time Joe Biden was seen actually speaking to the public?

All I have heard was the announcement was made, but no proof that President Biden made it.

...but the skeptic in me would like to see and hear the announcement myself.

And so far, his covid is just second hand also. So I can't say to myself any of this is verified.

I think I am wrong. I just can't prove it.

IANAL but this makes no sense.

And you don’t make a decision like this and explain LATER THIS WEEK.

Color me skeptical.

If you think he's cognitively impaired, it makes no sense.

If you think he's only dropping out because of lack of support based on performance or on polls and that he thinks this lack of support can't be rectified, then stay in power while you can wield power but step aside to make sure your team retains power up and down the ballot.

If I am writing a note to say that I am standing down, I’ll say “from what”

I didn’t survive decades of fighting computer hacks by letting anything slide.
