Does Pres. Biden have unlimited power now?

The Supremes made a decision, Biden is still in charge, so why doesn't he use his authority.

It doesn't let him govern by edict.

And there are some caveats on avoiding prosecution. Federal law only, and only where "official acts" are involved, which the supremes have yet to define...,

SCOTUS didn’t rule that presidents have unlimited power, they ruled that presidents are immune from criminal consequences for official acts.

Illegal presidential acts may be immune from prosecution, but they still require the compliance and complicity of others who are not immune.

think so. I believe he would need the full backing of the Senate and house of House of Representatives provided they were mostly of Democratic persuasion. I’m not familiar with your system just guessing on ny part. Interesting thought, all the same.
