This report surveys election law in the eight states (AZ, COLO, GA, NEV, NM, NC, PA, MICH) where potential election deniers hold official positions. It lays out the statutes and case law that require local and state officials to certify election results.

available, which our excellent current SOS (Jenna GriswoldP) has and will avail herself--CO just convicted fraudulent recorder Tina Peters of 7/10 charges, including prison-penalty felonies after all.

I don't like that these canvassers are not appointed by local board until right before the election but at least it is known which prior problem candidates should NOT be reappointed.

during the 2020 mid-terms. Trying to subtract votes from Katie Hobb's total while boosting Kari Lake. Both of them are facing prison terms. They demanded a hand count claiming that the ballot counting machines were not accurate, in spite of evidence to the contrary.

As the election approaches and he dismembers even further, they will lose their confidence that he will be there to save them.

This is why he not trying to get new voters. He’s doubling down on racism and fascism to rile up the most violent of his base, even at the cost of losing some of his base. Because it’s not about the votes. It’s about the courts, the State houses, the Attorney Generals, the Boards of elections, and individual polling place workers. And no one should be complacent or dismissive about the plan.
