I don't think that it can be stopped now.

(32,094 posts)This law excludes police and firefighter unions. The lawsuit to which I refer points that out, and will try to have the law overturned via the Equal Protection laws. I heard on NPR, just a short time ago, that there may also be some recalls in the future. It ain't over 'til it's over.
