At CVS so maybe Congress should have legislated something before decent cheap drones were basically everywhere . . . Congress sitting on their butts doing nothing since 1776.

There is a lack of regulation and this is the natural consequence. This is not the first time drones caused hysteria either. So what is Congress going to do about it after all these years?
