SC won't except Permits from States that do not require training, for that reason I have an out of State permit for NH that allows me to carry my gun to Ga.

2. License to drive in public would equate to license to carry in public

Are you suggesting a license just to own, because one can own a car and keep it on their property without a license or tags.

Some of the firearms pictured, if real, are fully automatic so you can't buy them, in any state, as a private citizen, and you could not carry them.

Veterans, active-duty military and public safety, and members of the reserves and National Guard. THEN, think about how a Universal National Service mandate fits into both the vision of the Founders and the problems that face our nation today. Service in the military, Public Health Service, VISTA, Peace Corps ... 3 months of Military Basic Training followed by 3 months of paraprofessional/advanced training in one of the aforesaid service areas, followed by 2-3 years of active duty in that area.

Upon completion of national service with Honorable Discharge, RKBA for the rest of that person's life unless there's an adjudicated loss of that liberty due to criminal behavior or mental fitness.

"gun laws Switzerland".
Citizens own many firearms, including military type rifles, and keep them in their homes. Strict laws on how they are stored, transported and allowed in public, along with on going training..Pretty much, want I think, the writers of the 2nd Amendment had in mind.

Every Swiss male under 65 is a member of the militia and subject to call-up in an emergency.

I've known this for a long time and didn't have to Google it.

7. If one sells their car to a person in a private sale you have to fill out paper work

with state/local gov yet if you sell a gun privately you don't have to do dick.

The sale of Guns need to be at least the same as those of a car.

If it were up to me, there would be a law that made the owner of the gun 100% liable for it at all times.
If someone commits a crime with the owner’s gun the owner goes to jail too.

If your gun is stolen you have to report it stolen within 1 hour else you will be liable. Why 1 hour? That is more than enough time to report a stolen gun if you had it under positive and secure control. Gun owners need to he held totally responsible for their gun at all-times else they are an irresponsible gun owner and need to have the right to own a gun permanently removed from them.

You should be required to take classes, have a background check, and be cleared for mental health to possess a gun. You should produce that license in order to buy a gun or ammo. If you have a gun without a license, you should go to jail (just like a DUI) and the gun should be confiscated.
