There's no such thing as an "illegal gun" in this country.

All of the arguments about responsible ownership and education (*cough cough propaganda*) and that one needs a gun to protect his family because of the illegal guns out there in the hands of criminals is bullshit.

That illegal guns are the problem - that my gun is not a problem.

If there is some cottage industry of people making guns in their basements to sell on the black market then sure, those would be illegal guns.

If guns were being smuggled into our country by mules then sure, those would be illegal guns.

"Illegal guns" were made and sold legally by a large company that most likely gives money to your Representative.

There is no such thing as an "illegal gun" in this country.

In both cases the creation of the weapon, in its current form, is illegal and the original manufacturer did not make the weapon as it exists.
