Fox just shoo'd off a Yale educated mental health expert

They interviewed a mental health expert, educated at Yale who was making SO much sense of it all.

The gist of it, before he got cut off...

1. Horrible acts perpetrated as a result of severe mental health problems can never be justified. Mental illness is not a justification..but a cause. We will never help the situation if we continue to try and equate the act with a justification.

2. Once the perpetrator gets into a state when they have decided to commit an act, and starts amassing weapons, is the pivotal point when someone must be stopped. How do we educate people to identify people in this stage and get them immediate help?

Fox kept cutting in, trying to interrupt him, then cut him off completely just to run an old clip of a man saying it was evil and the world was evil.

what bullshit. The only way, IMHO, that it is a "cultural" problem is that we live in a culture that ignores mental health
