(23,864 posts)In my life I've seen a couple of people pass out standing up...and then hit things on the way down with their head. It's awful and for being such a non-exotic thing (fainting) it can be really, really dangerous.
I hope she's ok, hopefully if people witnessed the incident they have a good idea exactly how she got the concussion. More worried about the possibility that she fainted and hit her head and then called someone or something like that. I hope they're keeping her under close observations. Shit like that can wind up being very bad and the person might not always know it or be able to communicate that fact.
Get well soon, Mrs. Clinton!

(16,993 posts)Plus, the campaign before that--more long, hard hours.
With the SOS position also comes a lot of stress. There's no way she can't be exhausted at this point.
Hillary Clinton has done an exceptional job for the country, she deserves some rest.
Sending good thoughts her way for a speedy and full recovery.
