I just can't do it today

And by that I mean go deer hunting. I know my shotgun is not an assault rifle
or 9mm automatic pistol but with the awful news out of Newton, Connecticut
I have zero energy to load a gun or to shoot it at any living creature.

It is time for America to stand up and say loudly that somebody's 2nd amendment
rights do not supersede all of our 1st amendment rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit
of happiness. And by that I mean the freedom to shop for Xmas presents at a mall
in Oregon, or go to a movie in Colorado, or drop your kids off at kindergarten so they
can learn their letters, numbers, and how to play nice w/others.

My heart is breaking for all involved.

you use what is called a slug ..... very effective and it will not travel long distances
like a bullet will.

You do have to get a different kind of shell with a slug rather than a regular shotgun shell with just buck shot though.

are "shotgun-only"--it's all you CAN use.

2. I think understanding the difference between hunting animals and being

armed against humans is a step forward. I don't hunt, but I allow hunting in my woods.
