1. A quick observation ...

... these perpetrators of mass slaughter tend to be members of upper middle class families.

It isn't like mental health services are financially out of reach for them.
Some of them have been in the mental health care system, but apparently slip through the cracks.
Because kids from these 'kinds' of families don't do terrible things?

A quick speculation, question ... is there a 'spoiled brat' or narcissistic condition perverting these killers?

In the end is it the acceptance of violence in our culture and the availability of the tools of mass slaughter (assault rifles, semi-auto hand guns, large clips) that enables the truly unhinged to commit this kind of crime?
