Yesterday I said it wasn't time to talk but to grieve. Today however it IS time. Looking for answers

as to how we can prevent mass murders from happening like they did yesterday, or even if we can.

I am typing this quickly, off the top of my head and I am sure that there are many other options for the poll that I haven't thought of. If you would like to add something in, please do so as I'd like to read your thoughts.

It sucks, it truly does. My heart is breaking and I do not know how to change things. I will be online at times today, will check back in, but am also making cookies so please do not expect an immediate reply. thank you

have somehow changed from neighborly to hoods *... as defined by the members of our society. If you saw your next door neighbors child wandering around their own house would you feel comfortable enough to approach that child? Would you know the names of the child's parents? Or even the child's name? Somewhere between 50 and 25% of Americans have some form of mental illness. Is it possible that social isolation and disconnectedness are contributory?
