His core support is around 100, or so it's assumed. I've seen it said he should be able to get anywhere from 80-100 votes on this bill in various places.

I've no idea if he can get enough to pull a majority of the majority, but the speculation is he won't be able to. We shall see if that speculation is correct or not very soon.

The 15 minute vote has almost expired and not even a 100 Reps have voted thus far...

On second look, it appears that each Party is keeping their eye on the other to see which has the majority ? Democrats would prefer there were more Repubs voting in the Majority than Democrats, and vice versa.
