Local Media Attempting to Scare Low Information Voters on Payroll Tax Increase

Look at this disingenuous bullshit making the rounds today on local media stations: http://www.wisn.com/news/money/Bosses-Don-t-blame-us-for-smaller-checks/-/9373130/17980832/-/1wgy0/-/index.html?absolute=true&utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=wisn12news

Dear Media, who is clearly bought and sold by rich corporate assholes, stop bitching about the Payroll Deduction Tax Cut not being renewed in your attempt to scare the shit out of low information voters. That Tax cut was supposed to be temporary and will end up paying more back into your Social Security Retirement fund. So as it turns out, you'll get it back later on. Temporary tax cuts are, wait, TEMPORARY. The Temporary tax cut for the richest amongst us, ie the Bush Tax Cuts, were TEMPORARY. It's bullshit to whine about returning tax rates when they were supposed to return to begin with.

Also, since you're trying to scare the shit out of poor and middle class people, why not tell them that their tax cuts, the ones put in place to give them their lowest tax rates ever, were EXTENDED. Tell them that while the Fiscal Cliff deal still lets the richest amongst us skate quite a bit, they still have to pay more in meaning that at least for a while, the entire deficit that the rich created, isn't going to be paid down only by cuts to the poor and middle class again.

And remind them that in 2 months, the Republicans who only care about their rich benefactors are going after their Medicare, Welfare and Social Security and attacking them to make sure that the rich keep their money when we need to pass another debt ceiling raise.

It sure would be nice if any media, local or national, decided to tell the fucking truth for once.
