Scott Walker Uses Capitol Police to Go After First Amendment Rights

It’s Sunday morning and your doorbell rings. You’re a 69-year-old retired female at home alone with your dog. You answer the door. Who do you find there?

If you live in Wisconsin, you find three armed Capitol Police coming to your home in order to issue you a citation for singing in the Capitol, designating you the “leader” because you called out the name of the next song. You are being served a citation – not by mail, but by three police officers – for singing. This happened, and it’s not an anomaly. The only difference is that this wily 69-year-old had the sense to tape it.

This weekend, three Capitol Police issued a citation to a 69-year-old retired woman for participating in a sing-a-long at the Capitol. Watch here:

as they did in 2010 with the fake lies brought to the masses by cultist Ralph Nader and his crew that both sides are the same (financed of course by the rightwing to achieve democratic voters staying home).

then the same people who protested by not voting, whine when Walker and the other draconian people elected, got elected.

go figure.

the answer is clear.
even the worst moderate democratic candidate,(or the ones who promise to caucus with the democratic party) is 1000 times better than the other side or the anarchists.

not one of those governors needed to win, and they all only one because of the lack of total number of voters that came out to vote (i.e. they didn't win, we the people lost).

Which for WI is historically pretty strange because the WI constitution said that the people have the right to gather at the Capitol,

Using the Dept of Administration as his foile, Walker has said there can be no protests inside the building without a permit.

Mostly this is flat out harrassment meant to protect his teaparty legislature from the people's voice.

Obviously the lady did not trust those cops at all. She did not even want them touching her dog. It has to suck having a wannabe dictator governor in your state. Being scared of your state governor, scary world these days.
