Public Advocate Bill de Blasio has called on the city’s twelve largest corporate investors in the gun industry to immediately divest from gun manufactures continuing to sell military-grade weapons and ammunition to civilians. The "Dirty Dozen", which are detailed below, together hold more than $1.5 billion in gun company stock.

the transfer of guns into 3rd world countries. If this bill is only about domestic gun owners, why does Jerry Moran find it necessary to cite the work of Secretary Clinton as one of the "whereas -es" :
