First thing this morning I got an Email from the DNC asking for money so they could fight for us....you know the kind.
Well I was tired of it, and taped out, so I went to the link to take me off the email list and there was a section where they asked why...and I told them....that I felt Harry Reid betrayed us and i was pissed about it and did not intend to give them another dime...
Well just now I got this.
Dear Zeemike.
Last week Senator Bernie Sanders, an independent member of the Democratic caucus, was the only member of that caucus to vote NO on the so-called filibuster reform package passed in the U.S. Senate.
Below is Bernies statement on why he voted NO.
Thank you for your interest.

(32,139 posts)But corporate morality is contrived, and obscene. We marinate in propaganda that tells us that corporate law is natural law. It doesn't have to be that way.
We are all human beings. We have innate value and worth, like every other creature on this earth. We deserve and we have the capability and the responsibility to work to create a world with greater respect for all of us.
