Every time the subject of Jeb Bush running in 2016 is brought up.


And any Republican spokesman who hesitates to give a clear yes or no answer should have it framed within the context of the 16 trillion dollar debt accrued after Boy George was handed a zero deficit and a budget plan that would have paid off the existing debt in 6 years and threw it all away.

With a follow up question of how many million votes Jeb would have to steal to pull it off this time.
