Surveillance camera catches convenience store attack

Bellevue police are searching for a man who assaulted a female convenience store employee near 40th and Harrison Streets.

Police Chief Mark Elbert said an intoxicated man who caused a disturbance at the Tobacco Hut, 4011 Harrison St., was refused service shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Elbert said the man made further threats of violence when he was told to leave the property.
