(1,754 posts)I appreciate your 'made in the USA' posts - very helpful! I've looked for women's hiking boots made in the US but have had no luck so far. If you ever come across any I would love to hear about them!

It's true that most hiking boots really don't look feminine - I should probably just figure out what size I wear in mens shoes and try them out as well. That would give me more options.
I especially like the shoebuy site that offers the free return shipping. It's so hard to get shoes without being able to try them on first. This would make me feel a little more confident about ordering an expensive pair of shoes.
