Collateral ponziness

In ancient Rome the masses were distracted with "bread and circuses." Nowadays the circuses get all the bread and the masses pay to make that happen. Go figure.

The patricians and the Plebs were at each others throats about the loaning of money. (Plebs being driven into bankruptcy, and the patricians profiting from it)
