Watching one of the first smear commercials against Obama (the solar energy company "scandal" that the wingfreaks are obsessing over) followed by a full screen readout of a Peggy Noonan article attacking Obama for imaginary offenes against the Catholic church, "He has awakened a sleeping giant". My Irish ass, Peggy. Most of the churches in my diocese didn't even read the letter sent out by the Opus Dei sockpuppets.
Morning Joe is the dregs. It would be nice to have some actual liberal commentary over morning coffee.

1. on the news they had a piece about some catholic priest telling his

people that obama is a liar and blah blah blah. Then they showed some woman saying how they shouldn't be forced to do things against their faith. They aren't being forced to do anything but cover something. As an employer they should have to cover it I say. If the people in their employ are against it they are free to not use that coverage. And I think these churches should lose their tax exempt status if they are going to politic from the pulpit.

They are however, being mandated to not coerce employees into compliance with their doctrine because they have economic leverage over them.

Apparently Morning Joe believes that religious organizations who stray outside of their teachings of faith and insert themselves into healthcare do not have to play by the same rules as everyone else.

Screw this show, it belongs on Fox.

in with Scar for a fair and balanced approach, not for right vs left, but like lies vs truth. Joe Scar is a media dinosaur, put in place way back then to compete with Fox News, and people aren't buying the propaganda news any more.
