The solution to the IRS problem is obvious.
All ya gotta do is privatize tax collection.
Like, hire Blackwater to send armed agents around to collect what they can from whomever they feel like taking it from. Major corporations could work out deals to pay "protection" fees to be left alone. Blackwater could split the take 50-50 with whatever is left of the government.
