While patrolling the Rio Grande on a river boat, Border Patrol agents opened fire on a group of men, women and children who were at a family gathering on the Mexican banks of the river. Arevalo Pedraza was struck in the chest and died. still 'under investagation'


Someone at the family gathering had their cell phone out and captured the killing.
