5. He is not stupid but mindless. Which means he doesn't really think critically. He has to hire

someone to figure the fine points because he just doesn't care to take the time to negotiate critical thinking. "The trees are just right." is an example. He was fed his every thought by a hired hand for everything he has ever done in business and politics. He is a lazy thinker.
