Hold your horses! This doesn't mean the the Keystone Pipeline if going to be built

All this new law would do is require President Obama to MAKE A DECISION on the pipeline. So it is entirely possible that he will simply nix the project.

can't stand that the b.s. comes from EVERYWHERE, and that people are so careless as to what the meaning of 'is' is. (Kind of sarcastic, but you know what I mean, I'm sure.)

And they were mentioning the WH is very aware of the opposition to this, so I'm hopeful it'll never get approved, too.
