I hope this is not a new thread, but here goes.

Hacker Who Exposed Steubenville Rape Case Could Spend More Time Behind Bars Than The Rapists

Those Steubenville assholes seem to think football and football players and coaches are gods. This article from Think Progress discusses this. http://thinkprogress.org/health/2013/06/07/2119171/anonymous-hacker-steubenville-jail/ The attitudes of the sports people in this country is absolutely over the line. The people of Steubenville got the FBI involved and to believe that his duty to find the suspects was the crime and not the rape/coverup of the crime by the officials in that town from hell. This is just shameful. Sports seems to trump everything. I would be ashamed to live in that town. How they sleep at night is beyond me. If it had been their daughters that were raped I wonder if they would pat the boys on the back and say "boys will be boys" and "sorry my daughter got drunk and you had the opportunity to do the right thing but did not".

I mean I'm sure the local Chamber of Commerce is just DELIGHTED that this is now what Steubenville is famous for, right?

if the Chamber of Commerce was complicit in the cover up. It appears the district attorneys were. There is nothing right what happened there.

to happen, but if the FBI is going after the guy that got the evidence, apparently someone has a lot of influence.

Here is an article about what is suppose to happen from May this year.

http://www.dispatch.com/content/stories/local/2013/05/24/grand-jury-resumes-investigating-case.html

Here is another site detailing the chronology of some of the facts. Some should be very embarrassing for the town. Some should lead to further convictions, for at least complicity.

Thank you! Damn, I could not remember DeWine's name! OK, May 24th wasn't long ago, so final results yet to come. Will be watching. What stuck out at me was this: Steubenville has 27 football coaches?????????? WTF?

... so let's hang on and see what DeWine's Grand Jury comes up. It better be good, to set a precedent all over this country, like he said.
