Leaker says yes, the nsa is.
USA Today in 2006 already said they were.

Today there is a black man in the oval office and everything is turned upside down and inside out in an effort to proclaim him a failure. All you have to do is look at all the attacks on him by the right and the FAUX scandals they have ben enraged about over the past 6 months.

This could be just a diversion to get the failed Benghazi and IRS scandals out of the news. The GOP has egg on their face over those and they are not happy. This has completely obliterated those stories, so you have to ask yourself, why now?
