Us low bandwidth DUers do not especially like bait and switch posts which require click throughs off site.

Without context it's a worthless post. And the title isn't very descriptive either.

Sorry.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) reacted to a Monday Supreme Court ruling striking down an Arizona law requiring voters to provide proof of citizenship by declaring that he would add a voter ID requirement to the comprehensive immigration reform bill currently being debated in the Senate.

Writing for the court’s majority, conservative Justice Antonin Scalia explained that the Arizona law was pre-empted by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

“I’ll file amendment to immigration bill that permits states to require ID before registering voters & close this hole in fed statutory law,” the Texas Republican added. (bold is mine)

Staying on site here takes little bandwidth, even to load new threads, reload, or even post. It's cheap. Going off site often empties the browser cache so it costs a lot of problems, especially for us folks limited to smart phone Internet (3GB per month).

Regards.

Cruz wants to go the backdoor way of trampling the voting rights of those whose interests aren't served by his party. It's easier than earning their votes the old-fashioned way: represent their interests.

Also, some context in your title is helpful, even expected.

Thanks you for your response, my friend.

I appreciate a sense of humor. I laugh at myself often. But please post context and an up to four paragraph quote when you cite an off site article.

There are many here in rural areas where there is no broadband Internet.
