Evidence that the KKK is still at work in NC...
Or at least that's how it seems.
Gov. McCrory (R) signed the repeal of a law that commuted death sentences to life in prison if it could be proved that racial bias influenced the outcome of their cases.

I wonder how this would have played out had the racial biases been against white folks....just guessing that that wasn't the case here.
