High Court Strikes Down Anti-Prostitution Pledge.

(Not exactly expecting THIS to be 'News of the Day from Supremes,' but OK with me!)

The justices said Thursday the law's anti-prostitution pledge improperly restricts First Amendment rights.

I'm no 1st Amendment scholar but I think this is a big deal. I think this is a way to stop making christian hospitals deal with birth control and abortion under Obamacare. But I'm not sure.
