There's a bigger lesson to learn from Pauls Deen's publicity nightmare.

People who run their own businesses and who hire people just need to treat everyone they hire, as they would a member of their own family when it comes to working conditions, pay, treatment, and conversation with/about.

It always just comes down to the Golden Rule.

In this day & age where any public document is readily available to read and distribute across the internet, things you said ANYWHERE, to ANYONE, for ANY reason could come back to haunt you.

I'm sure she thought this was just a silly lawsuit that she (with her money & notoriety) would easily win, but she was very wrong...

Paula created her "empire" and now she has brought it down herself..with her own words.
