My questions about leaks and whistle blowers

In the Valerie Plame leak, the Manning leak and the Snowden leak, how many deaths were a direct result of their leaks?

I recall a lot of conjecture about deaths caused, but those seem to have been matters of opinion and assumptions, rather than a bona-fide objective and verifiable tally.

Thanks for your input. My DU mates will save me from countless hours of google researching. Not that I didn't look already. In looking for info about Mannings leak, the right wing news sources aggressively push the Gen McCrystal meme (or some other General? not sure) that Bradley is responsible for some innocent civilian informant deaths. The left leaning news sources label Manning as a courageous and patriotic citizen doing his civic duty to expose secret crimes of his own government.

Thanks for all the DU love and help.
