Actually, I think they won't be in the building at all.

Won't the clerks release it long after they have "fled"?

But damn, I wish they'd release the prop 8 and DOMA decisions already. I really thought we'd get them today (don't ask me why, just had a feeling lol) Hoping the actual decisions will be good news.
