Separation of Church and State has been ignored in this debate, and that's a goddamn shame. The kooks have intimidated pretty much everyone.

You mean a civil war in which one side has almost all the corporations, media, banks, scientists, engineers, lawyers, foreign allies, ports, and bond issuance capacity, and the other side has ... a modest advantage in older men who know how to shoot a rifle?

G-d is going to do something about it.

Got that right. At some point soon our energies will turn to dodging lighting bolts and trying not to turn into pillars of salt.

Looks like my vacations are safe from running into this loon:

I’d always planned to at least visit each of the 50 states one time in my life. I got relatively close. But the remaining states are fag-marriage states, and I just have no interest in stepping foot in any of them. Indeed, I really don’t even give a damn what happens to them... natural disasters, 9/11-style terrorist attacks, whatever. I don’t even recognize them as fellow states. Obama-voting blue state perverts want to celebrate faggotry, they can just go burn in hell.

This guy is not sure if we need a Revolution or Civil War

Absolutely! A rev could be considered to be a CW but as I noted in another post, the way they are prosecuted is entirely different. An AmRev2 makes more sense. We should not be seceding but moving to reestablish the Constitution and the Republic, to reset the current ruling class from rulers to servants of the people. This is about resetting the powers they have currently stolen from the states and the people.

Not sure if this one plans to move into a van or move outta state. Either way, why wait. The sooner your put your house on the market the sooner a gay married couple can move in and make it the pride of the neighborhood.

I am in a pervert state now, but will be looking into moving vans next week.

The rabbit hole doesn't go deep enough for this one:

Yeah we are dangerously close to a conflict. If amnesty passes, Obamacare gets fully implemented and the coal industry is bankrupted and we still do Quantitative Easing after all that then plan on conflict to spill. Especially when fraud happens at the ballot box and the DOJ, IRS, DHS and NSA come after us. Enough will be enough. I hadn’t even thought about gay marriage until today. Then there is Sharia and Common Core and Agenda 21 and a secret attempt to get a North American Union.

why would someone as patriotic (we know they are hyper patriotic because they say it all the time) cringe at the American Flag?

Where would the early church have been if they had put their faith in Rome?

I cringe every time I see an american flag in a church.

There is a long one complete with graphics of hell, quotes from the Bible and Jefferson. They also use the word OBEY a lot I really didn't know you could type with a straight jacket on.

Now if you excuse me, I must bleach my brain.

Wed Jun 26, 2013, 05:40 PM

Many Jews spell G-D in the fashion shown on the quote. The use of this spelling tends to be limited to Jews (I use it from time to time). Are there Jews in the free republic? I have trouble believing this but then again I have trouble accepting that Eric Cantor is a member of the tribe.

Some Christians (not as a denominational rule, just some in general) will spell it that way, especially if there's quite a bit of respect for Judaism in place. I even know a few mostly or wholly secular people who do the same thing, for the same reason.

Americans have been desensitized to intolerance. Mostly as a result of the Civil Rights Act and employers fear of being sued, the workplace conditions people to tolerate the intolerable or lose their jobs. Tolerating the intolerable is an epidemic in America. I agree that we are WAY past the point of no return. If we can accept a Marxist, Muslim, gay illegal alien president, we'll accept anything beyond that and we have. George Washington would be disgusted that we are more obsessed with our toys and goodies and keeping our jobs than we are the fate of America. We're more worried about being called a racist for questioning 0bama and his protected class minions than we are ensuring our children have an America to live in tomorrow. Washington walked away from a cushy life on his farm and risked death in battle numerous times to oust Tyranny from America.

The story of the 33 year old reporter who crashed into a tree is very chilling. There is more evidence he was working on exposing details of 0bama's police state. I have no doubts this guy was 'taken out' and that his car was electronically commandeered by someone else.

Interestingly a friend of mine who is not particularly political and whose husband leans R said he started reading FreeRepublic and he found it so repellant that it's pushed him leftward.

Some over there are saying it is going to make all states do same sex marriages ( we could only wish).

Knocking down DOMA is just making it where those people married in states that they are allowed to get the same legal rec. that they deserve since they ARE legally married.

It is not rocket science. It is plane old civil rights.

That was quite the little eye opener.

I have read some crazy blogs at Huffington Post's site, but that site is heavily censored and does not compare with the 'outspokenness' on the Free Republic site.

They won't stop until they turn this country into a Theocracy.

Crazy people do crazy things.

They are itching for a civil war.

But they never will. Keyboard warriors, every one, bitching and moaning about the downfall of America from the comfort of their chair.
