If wikipedia is correct, we'll have 2 wait til 2018 for a Wendy Davis statewide election

According to the election pages the upcoming ones against Cornyn and Perry-or-whoever-is-the-GOP-nominee-if-he-doesn't-run-again, she already publically opted out of the notion of joining those races.

I know she could run for a lower office than Governor or Senator but I think we all want her in one of those positions. On the one hand, maybe she could be convinced to run sooner. On the other hand, how great would it be for her to replace Ted Cruz ?

update: 5:08 AM Just saw an edited clip from Chris Hayes and it looks like maybe she's reconsidering a sooner run.

1. how about Supreme Court if there is an opening

although i do kind of prefer she run for political office like Senate or Governor and maybe President one day.

maybe she can get some administration position under the next President .

3. I want her in Texas. Texas needs every single high powered democrat

it can get. I don't understand the public opting-out thing. They are going to re-district her now that the Voting Rights Act has been shot down. They said she would lose if they did. I wonder if they change the districts if that will undo whatever public opting-out thing there is

4. I don't think we should be sailing all our rising stars on that fleet

Hilary could win but so could a lot of other less wallstreet-afflicted true populists.

5. Hillary's the one and the events of the last two days clinched it. Social issues are all that matter

DOMA
voting rights
Trayvon Martin
Paula Deen

what is and is not of utmost importance is those four things
I know what I stand for and I can't stand Rand or Ron.

imho

95% of the democratic party supports the President and the Clinton's, especially Hillary.

IT's now more apparent than ever

And the sooner the better- the change in the court is 100% dependent on the Democratic candidate being President.
