And Vice President Biden will preside over the vote on Immigration Reform.
If you remember movies like 'Mr. Smith Goes To Washington' and 'Advise and Consent', Senators actually once sat at their desks to listen to the debates and cast their votes. In a few minutes they will be doing it this old fashioned way.

At first your headline looked like it read "Senators will vote from their dicks".
