Regarding something that was said at the Zimmerman trial today...

The policeman testified that he could SEE Zimmerman's holster and gun when Zimmerman raised his right arm into the air because Zimmerman had on a short jacket.

BUT when the policeman was looking he had his FLASHLIGHT on and pointed at Zimmerman.

BUT Trayvon would NOT have been able to SEE the holster or gun because it was DARK - Trayvon did not have a flashlight - and no one has said that in court yet that I've heard.

1. I'm also perplexed that Zimmerman appears to be left-handed

he either cross draws or is ambidextrous. If he cross-draws, then he had to be able to reach across his body to get to that gun.

Read this from an article over a year ago:

”Zimmerman told authorities that during their fight, Trayvon tried to cover Zimmerman's mouth with his hand and tried to pull the handgun away from him.”

9. I wonder why we haven't heard about this yet.

I'll admit, I didn't listen to opening arguments but so far, from the prosecution witness testimony I've heard, it does sound like Martin was the agressor. If Zimmerman admitted to having the gun out already, it would make since that Martin was fighting for his life.

Trayvon didn't have that luxury.

The key to the whole thing is- Trayvon was not there to cause trouble. He was on the phone, heading to a location specific
without a care in the world. He was not looking for trouble.

Zimmy on the other hand, the big man in the neighborhood patrol, the sort of Paul Blart Mall cop was indeed looking for trouble.
And he wanted something to put on his record(resume). And he found it.

And the gun/bullet made it fatal.

If he didn't have a gun, we would not be where we are at today.

and another thing is forgotten- NOONE has said it was an accident. The gun didn't accidently go off.
No one disputes that.

Zimmy admits to killing(murdering) Trayvon Martin. There is no dispute to that.
He isn't saying he didn't. Therefore, he did.
That is an important fact.

Because that makes him guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was armed and ready and eager to kill.

And it makes it obvious that Trayvon did NOT attempt to get the gun, and had no idea he had one.

He was armed, he was trained, he shot, he killed.

And it was all without probably cause.

GUILTY IMHO of whatever the top charge is with the maximum sentence the judge can give.
There is no redemption from zimmy. Maximum charge.

4. I don't think the policeman is lying. I was talking about two different time frames.

Trayvon and Zimmerman were in the dark - therefore Trayvon couldn't have seen the holster/gun.

After Zimmerman shot Trayvon the policeman showed up - and the policeman had a flashlight.

6. A friend told me tonight that during the testimony by the paramedic that treated Zimmerman, . . .

. . . that she was asked if Zimmerman was being treated by any other doctors, and she said that Zimmerman told her that he was seeing a psychologist.

Game over.

12. The testimony of Jonathan Good
Sun Jun 30, 2013, 12:03 AM
Jun 2013

seems to contradict what could be possible. Either he didn't see it clearly or he's lying.

Neighbor Jonathan Good said it appeared the unarmed teen was straddling Zimmerman, while another neighbor, Jonathan Manalo, said Zimmerman seemed credible when he said immediately after the fight that he had shot Martin in self-defense. Officer Tim Smith testified that Zimmerman's backside was covered in grass and wetter than his front side.

snip

Good, who had perhaps the best view of any witness, said he did not see anyone's head being slammed into the concrete sidewalk, as Zimmerman claims Martin did to him. Good initially testified that it appeared "there were strikes being thrown, punches being thrown," but during detailed questioning he said he saw only "downward" arm movements being made.

snip

Later, under cross-examination, he said that it looked like the person on top was straddling the person on bottom in a mixed-martial arts move known as "ground and pound." When defense attorney Mark O'Mara asked him if the person on top was Martin, Good said, "Correct, that's what it looked like." Good also said the person on the bottom yelled for help.

_______________________________

That last part doesn't make a bit of sense. The person on top was doing mixed-martial arts (MMA) and Good claims it was Martin. It was Zimmerman NOT Martin that was trained in MMA.

Am I missing something here?
