Verdict: Snowden a traitor, won't stop his anti-American activities despite urging of Putin

Snowden apply for Russian asylum
Verdict: Snowden a hypocrite for applying for asylum to non-democratic country

But a Kremlin spokesman later said Mr Snowden withdrew the application to Russia after Moscow said he should give up anti-American activity.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that while Moscow "never hands over anybody anywhere", Mr Snowden could only stay on condition that he stopped damaging Russia's "American partners" with his leaks.

until Putin laid down the law and said no more American leaks.. which country is going to be okay with more American leaks?

As Pres Obama said in Senegal..

"DAKAR, Senegal—The United States won't be scrambling military jets or engaging in high-level diplomatic bartering to get National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden extradited to the U.S., President Barack Obama said Thursday.

Dismissing him as "a 29-year-old hacker," Obama sought to downplay the international chase for Snowden, lowering the temperature of an issue that has already raised tensions between the U.S. and uneasy partners Russia and China.

Obama said the damage to U.S. national security has already been done and his top focus now is making sure it can't happen again."

The President has more important issues with World Leaders than Snowden.. much to his shock, I'm sure.
