Transvaginal Ultrasound should be required at airport security

The state has no legitmate reason to insert probes into women to make them look at their soon-to-be-aborted fetuses.

The state does have some legitimate interest in keeping bombs off of airplanes.

So mandatory transvaginal examination in airport security to screen out the dreaded "uterus bomber" would make MORE sense that the Virginia vaginal probe law. MORE sense.

So why not cut to the chase? Since the real purpose of government is, apparently, just to torment women, then why not mandate transvaginal ultrasound at airport security?

Imagine the outrage if the TSA did that. Upended cars burning in the streets People marching on congress. Impeachment within 48 hours.

Maybe some sort of terrorist sperm vacuum at the boarding gate...

2. Having had one of these as a medical procedure after a pap smear showed a problem

I have to say it was the most invasive, embarressing medical procedure ever....

My question is this: what is the medical NEED for this?
If we want to reduce the cost of medical services, why add in this sort of extra expense?
We pay(with insurance) for drugs to give men hard ons, but we are trying to prevent insurance from covering birth control drugs..... Why?

It's good to have confirmation that it is as objectionable as presented.

5. Well, see, we just send all women who need this procedure to the airport

and it cuts costs. Simple as that.

I got into an argument with someone elsewhere who complained about paying for other women to have sex. I told her that if she and I had the same insurance carrier, I was going to request that I didn't have to pay for her medical care any more. Not a peep after.

Someone else posted something about this tonight (preventing insurance from covering birth control) and the OP felt it was because men (Church/politicians) feel like they're losing control of women, so they're going for the only means available to them--whether people agree or not.

I had a couple as assessment for infertility, then two or three more when we were trying to determine if I was ovulating. I'm no stranger to intrusive exams, but this was the worst.

And having had one, it involves a stranger sticking a probe into your vagina and moving it around. Will the state of VA pay for it? Or do you have to pay for this rape yourself?

it was a little unconfortable but I felt it was worth it to make sure I didn't have ovarian cancer. I would do it again, if necessary.
