the two new refineries are not enough

the two new refineries to be built aren't enough

Is it another clever ruse being pulled by the oil companies to create less product and increase prices?
the two plants under design and or construction will produce less total output than the plant being closed in the virgin islands.
the demand for gasoline and other refined petroleum products have increased dramaticaly since 1976. thats how long this false demand(man made) has been used to pick your pocket!
It is time to kick your congressman in the arse and tell him you want more refineries, lower prices from the oil companies and to work for us not just big business!
the alternative is to nationalize the oil industry! and we the people can accomplish this!

We do NOT need lower oil prices, we need HIGHER oil prices to help drive alternative technology innovation.

More oil or gasoline is NOT the answer. We NEED to use LESS oil.

Anyone else remember the voluntary closure by big oil of several U.S. refineries and the engineered producers cutoff and interruptions of domestic refined product in the late 1970s? While crude oil stocks inside the U.S. were actually higher than before, shortages of refined gasoline and sudden (otherwise unexplained) retail distribution problems contributed greatly to the artificial crisis environment that brought down President Carter in 1980.

We really can't use more refineries. US only capable of producing 1/4 of what it is using. US hit peak production capacity in early 70's all downhill since then.
